We are a small unorganized group of individuals involved in various aspects of radio communications. Our interests include all aspects of Amateur Radio, Emergency Communications in support of ARES / RACES, Military Affiliate Radio System (MARS), SHARES, and other volunteer communications related services that serve Local, State and Federal agencies.
We are not a club or organization. We do not have memberships, dues or meetings. To paraphrase Monty Python, we are an autonomous collective.
We are scattered across the country. Most of our Amateur Radio activity occurs in or near Valley County, Idaho and Truckee, California. Our support of MARS / SHARES and other similar programs occurs nationally.
This site serves to host information on some of our activities and projects, and to provide a vehicle for us to better serve the agencies, organizations and individuals that we serve or interact with.
